DELIVERY
We ship worldwide.
International orders are being sent with Postal Services or Nex WorldWide Shipping Company
Shipping costs are not included to total price. Before placing an international order please
contact us at info@whatismilk.com
For domestic orders we charge 8TL when you checkout.
- Domestic orders are delivered within one – two working days.
- Shipments to European Union take two – three working days.
- Shipments to the rest of the world take four – five working days.

SECURE PAYMENT
We accept payment with VISA, MASTERCARD via PAYPAL and wire transfers
PayPal permits any company or individual consumer who has an email address
to send and receive payments in a safe, secure manner. Clicking the “Pay with Paypal” link
will take you to PayPal’s secure website. Once there, if you already have a PayPal account,
you can simply proceed to authorize your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account,
you can register for free and securely enter your credit card information. Prepaid cards are also
accepted. You will then be able to send order payments.

HOW DO PREORDERS WORK?
Pre-Orders require payment in full up front.
If you order additional items at the same time as your Pre-Order we will hold the items
and ship them when your Pre-Order is available to ship. If you do not want to wait
then please place seperate orders.

WHAT IS A BLINDBOX OR BLIND ASSORMENT?
Sealed boxes which makes impossible to know what is inside a box.
If you order a blind box this means you do not know which specific design
from a series you might be receiving.
